1. Definitions

"Express Cups", "we", "us", and "our" refers to Express Cups, a company registered in England. "Customer", "you", and "your" refers to the person or entity placing an order for our products or services.

2. Orders & Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in GBP and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Quotes provided through our online form are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. We reserve the right to amend pricing if artwork requirements significantly differ from the initial quote.

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment or written purchase order from approved account customers. Express and priority orders may incur additional urgency charges as displayed at the point of quote.

3. Artwork & Proofs

Customers are responsible for supplying print-ready artwork or granting approval for artwork prepared by our design team. A digital 3D proof will be provided for approval before production begins. We cannot accept responsibility for errors in approved artwork. All intellectual property within customer artwork remains the property of the customer.

4. Production & Delivery

Lead times commence from artwork approval, not from order placement. Express and next-day orders placed after 10am may not be dispatched until the following business day. We use trusted UK courier services for all deliveries. While we make every effort to meet stated delivery dates, delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (courier delays, extreme weather, etc.) do not constitute a breach of contract.

Delivery charges are calculated based on order weight and destination. Free delivery is available on qualifying orders as stated at the point of quote.

5. Returns & Refunds

As all products are custom-printed to order, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind. If products are received damaged or materially different from the approved proof, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will replace defective products at no additional charge or issue a full refund at our discretion.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or services. All products are manufactured from food-grade materials and are UKCA/CE certified for commercial food service use.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
